All our services are delivered online. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe from India, by email and video call.
How long things take
Times are in business days (Monday to Friday, India time), counted from when we have what we need from you.
- Preview: usually ready within 3 business days.
- Going live: within 2 business days of your approval and first payment, once your domain is connected.
- Edits on Starter: within 5 business days.
- Edits on Growth: within 48 hours.
- Own it handover: files sent within 2 business days of the final payment.
What “delivered” means
A website is delivered when it is live on your domain. For the Own it plan, it is delivered when the files are sent to you. We confirm every delivery by email.
What we need from you
Your business details, any photos or logo you’d like used, and access to your domain’s settings (or we can buy and set up a domain in your name). If something we need is late, the times above start once we have it.
