We build a preview of your website before you pay anything. If you don’t want it, you owe us nothing.
First payment guarantee
If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment on a monthly plan (Starter or Growth), email us and we’ll refund that payment in full and take the website down.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the link in your receipt. Your plan ends at the end of the month you’ve already paid for and you won’t be charged again. After the first 14 days we don’t refund part-months.
The Own it plan
- The first half is refundable in full until we deliver the finished website for your approval.
- Once you’ve approved the finished site and paid the second half, payments aren’t refundable, because the files are yours to keep.
- Optional monthly hosting and edits follow the rules for monthly plans above.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Razorpay, within 5 to 7 business days of our confirming the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We refund the full amount we charged; we don’t deduct our payment fees.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your business name and the date of the payment. We reply within one business day.
