Who is responsible

What we collect
- From clients: name, business name, email, phone, business address, and the content you send for your website.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We see the payment amount, date and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.
- When you contact us: what you write, and the email address you write from. Our contact form doesn’t send anything itself; it opens your own email.
- Business listings: public information about businesses (name, address, phone, reviews) from listings such as Google Maps, which we use to prepare previews and to contact businesses.
- Visitors to this site: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Why we use it
- To build and run your website, bill you and answer you (to carry out our contract with you).
- To keep financial records (because Indian tax law requires it).
- To contact businesses about our services (our legitimate interest in finding clients). Every such email tells you how to opt out, and we stop when you ask.
Where it’s processed
We’re based in India, so your data is processed in India and by the providers above, who may store it in other countries. We only use well-established providers with appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Client records are kept while you’re a client and then for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years). Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can respect that.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one business day and act within 30 days. If you’re in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here with a new date. If the change matters to existing clients, we’ll email you.
